A1: When applying for a job, The Haddington Recruiting Group recommends that you review the jobs postings on our job board and then submit your resume and cover letter for the jobs that meet your qualifications. A recruiter will contact you to discuss your qualifications and requirements. We will work with you to match you with the positions you applied for and other similar jobs when they become available.
If after searching and you don’t see the job you are interested in, please email us your resume and cover letter and a recruiter will contact you.

A2: Every resume received will be reviewed. After you have forwarded your resume to us, you will receive a feedback confirmation email. We will then review your resume; a recruiter will contact you to discuss your qualifications further. The candidate selected will be matched according to the requirements of the company for an interview to occur. Interviews can be done in person or electronically by using Zoom or other similar methods.

A3: We are currently recruiting for permanent position placements in which you are hired directly by our client. You will be on our client’s payroll and receive any benefits they may offer. Permanent jobs can be either full-time or part-time.
A4: How quickly you are placed in a job will depend on your experience, skillsets, and the job that fits your qualifications. We will work with you to find a job that is best suited for you.

A5: Yes, it's okay to discuss salary because you want to be honest about the compensation before proceeding in the recruitment process of the job opening. It will save time in determining if the position is a good fit for you.
A6: Our clients cover our fees. For job seekers, our service is free.
A7: Following up after a job interview is an important way to improve your prospects of getting hired. However, since we are coordinating the process between the client and you, including the interviewing, we will provide a status update regarding any decision made. When choosing a candidate, the client will consider your skills and experience, the quality of your resume and, the strength of your interview, but the decisive factor can be as simple as which candidate the client best remember when they make their decision.

A8: If there is a chance that the client did not select you for the position, we will continue to work with you and introduce you to other jobs until hired. However, the client does have the choice to choose a candidate that best matched the qualifications they are looking for to fill the position.

A.9: If you are not interested in a job offer and wish to decline, be honest and let us know. We appreciate your honesty than being ignored when waiting on you to give your feedback. Professionalism is key when working with clients and candidates and we represent that wholeheartedly. Turning down a position does not mean we will no longer work with you. We will still keep you informed of other opportunities.

A.10. We have access to a wide variety of job openings with clients that are usually not advertised. We can help you throughout the entire job-seeking process from start to finish acting as your advisor and advocate every step of the way. We will be transparent and ensure a line of communication from the moment a client is interested in you as a candidate to where you become an employee. But in case you are not selected for a job, we will keep your resume in our database and inform you of new job openings whenever you seek new opportunities.
Of course, you are free to work with other agencies but, it cannot be for the same position at the same company. You want to create as many options as possible to get the best job possible.
